The receptionist, Brittany, provided excellent service during our stay. Her friendliness made a tough situation a bit brighter.

Despite the positive interaction with the front desk, the overall experience was disappointing.

Family needs a clean place

The staff was helpful and the location was decent being a short walk to some attractions. They also had a breakfast that was surprisingly not bad and Miss Betty was really trying to make sure everyone was taken care of.

But let's just say it wasn't inexpensive either.

Our recent family getaway was fantastic! Proximity to the river walk made it easy to explore local restaurants. The in-room fridge and microwave were lifesavers for late-night snacks. Don’t miss the terrace, we loved unwinding there after a day of discovery.

Our stay here was fantastic! The location is right near the City Market, and we loved strolling through all the shops nearby. Plus, the hotel was dog-friendly, which made our family trip with our furry friend really enjoyable.

My kids wished for a larger pool area for more fun activities.

Room #160 had noticeable cleanliness issues. we found dust caked on outlets and a dirty bathroom that seemed neglected. Additionally, some maintenance appeared to be overdue, such as broken light bulbs that were only partially replaced despite reporting the issue. Hearing loud noise from neighboring rooms wasn’t ideal for a restful night.

Had a great time with friends visiting the historic district and River Street. The hotel was well-located, making it easy to access local attractions. Check-in was smooth, and we loved the spacious double room. Just a heads up, there's a $20 parking fee you should factor in.

However, the exterior looked tired and rundown. It could use some fresh paint and sprucing up. Noise from the street was constant, especially on weekend nights. Parking cost $21 a day, which felt excessive for the area. Breakfast options were limited, with more sweets than savory choices. A more balanced selection would be great. Overall, I appreciated the low rate but the place could improve in cleanliness and upkeep.
